I am currently a graduate student at National University pursuing my Masters in School Psychology. My expected completion is in 2013. I was hoping to supplement my financial aid with some additional experience in tutoring. I've worked extensively with Special Education students during my internship in Chula Vista. Much of my experience was in a moderate/severe classroom working with mainly students on the Autism spectrum.
In addition, I piloted an early education reading assessment program at one of my school sites which assessed the entire second grade student population's reading ability. Based on the assessments I grouped the students into needs-based groups for remediation, and provided instruction.
My experience also includes work with high school students in preparation for the CAHSEE in various core subjects.
