Sixteen years teaching in K- 5 classrooms and a current CA Multiple Subject Credential qualify me to assess and then teach appropriate phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, handwriting, grammar, spelling, composition. While language arts are my first interest I also have training and experience teaching elementary Math. For the past 13 years I worked with second language students and understand their special needs. I recently retired from public education.
