Hello, my name is Jiho. In 2006, I completed my two years of military duty with the Korean Army, serving as an engineering soldier. That was the main reason to start studying the field of electrical engineering at UCLA. Four and half years later, I got a B.S. degree in electrical engineering at UCLA.
I have extensive tutoring experience in a variety of fields such as math, physics, chemistry, and Korean. During the time at UCLA, I have tutored many high school students in calculus as well as physics, helping them learn to analyze their school projects and to prepare their homework and exams.
Being fluent in English and Korean, I started my career as a legal assistant in a law firm to be a patent lawyer in the future, considering my background in engineering. At the same time, I have continued tutoring some students privately.
I am passionate about helping students improve in all academic subjects. I still remember my excitement when one of my students received a 'A' in his final. I am confident that my passion and experience are the quality many are looking for.
