Currently, I am a student in the Los Rios Community Colleges. I am finishing my final spring semester at Sacramento City College before I transfer to a university as a psychology major. I plan to transfer at the end of the spring semester to UC Berkeley, UC Davis, or UC Santa Cruz to pursue a bachelor’s degree. Then, I hope to go to grad school to attain a doctorate. I currently hold a 4.0 GPA, which I have maintained over my two years of college and my senior year of high school.

I Have previously tutored statistics and algebra 2 for students at Cosumnes River College. I enjoy helping students understand mathematical concepts and try to make it relevant by helping them see how they can apply math to everyday situations to make good decisions and understand their world. I really enjoy helping students achieve the knowledge and understanding necessary to meet their educational goals. I try to inspire a sense of pride in student's new found knowledge and the mindset that they can succeed.

I passed Algebra 2 my junior year of high school. Then, I took college algebra my freshman year of college and passed with an A. Currently, I have just completed Trigonometry with an A and am now taking Calculus 1.

Grammar

I am a native English speaker and can confidently read and write at a college level. I have taken and passed two English writing courses in college and passed both receiving an A.

Guitar

I have played guitar for 7 years now. Also, I have taken guitar lessons for two years and three music composition classes. With what I have learned in formal lessons and endless hours of practice, I have written and performed music for several local bands around Sacramento.

Drums

I have played drums for over three years now. Over the past few years, I have written, played, and performed live for several local bands in Sacramento. Mostly, I play heavy rock/metal with a lot of double bass. However, my drum instructor was a blues musician and I have been exposed to writing and playing many different styles of music.

Public Speaking

As a musician of many years, I have always loved performing and talking in front of a large crowd of people. Also, last semester I took a public speaking course at my college.
