I have been teaching part time for the past year at two different Universities. I teach a variety of classes from Anthropology, Sociology, Ethnic Studies, Religion, Ethics, US History, Geography, and Political Science. I structure my classroom to the needs/knowledge base of the students. I try a variety of different methods such as lectures, videos, hands on instruction, and open instruction. Per my last teacher evaluation, I am charismatic, excited about my topics, show first hand experience, tailor my instruction to my students, and easy to talk to.
I recently graduated with my Masters in Applied Anthropology from CSU Long Beach. I have travelled to Uganda doing fieldwork. I have worked for Amnesty International for 4 year and currently a Board Member for the UNA-USA. With my volunteer duties I work in public relations, conflict management, human rights, international law, development, history and political science.
I look forward to hear from you!
