My name is Jaclyn, and I am currently a PhD student at the University of California-Riverside, where my current major is Educational Psychology. I am originally from the midwest and just recently moved out here to go to school. I got my undergrad at the University of Kansas in Secondary English Education. I was a high school English teacher, and while teaching, I acquired two Master's Degrees. I received my MS in Curriculum and Instruction from KU and my MA in English is from Fort Hays State University. Although I taught high school for seven years, I have worked with all age groups K-12. I also taught Comp 1 and 2 while living in Kansas. Currently, I am working with preschoolers, teaching phonics, and subbing K-12. I believe tutoring is a valuable tool, and look forward to helping students, of all ages!

I coached soccer for ten years. I coached Under 14 coed for three years and high school boys and girls for seven years. Prior to coaching, I played soccer for 13 years.
