I am an artist and photographer with a passion for digital editing of photos. What amazing things you can do with Adobe PhotoShop and Lightroom! I have been working with PhotoShop for over 10 years, and Lightroom for four years. Though much of my skill has developed by experimentation, I have attended several professional courses in advanced photo retouching, and can teach you pretty much everything the amateur photographer would want to know about taking your snapshots and bringing out their best, including retouching, color correction, combining photos, adding text, and special effects.
I am a very patient teacher. I will work in sessions of 1-3 hours, and prefer between 9 AM and 2 PM, but I can be flexible. While I currently use PhotoShop CS6 and Lightroom 4, I am familiar with all previous versions. I work on a Mac, but will forgive you if you don't. :) And, if you just want to learn to use iPhoto and not get into anything serious, that's fine, too.
Learn how to get the most from your camera through better composition, use of manual controls, and creative lighting. Try making a book through the Blurb.com bookmaking service. I am known for fun, creative and fabulous holiday cards, too.
