My son was tutored by Karl to help him study for his Latin finals through skype. My son learned more in 5 sessions than he learned the entire year! My son after these sessions finally had his love for Latin back!
Karl is outstanding. He is interactive and made studying Latin fun. My son asked for Karl to tutor him throughout the year next year. We are also going to have Karl tutor this summer. We had a latin tutor throughout this year and I have to tell you I wish we had found Karl sooner. Karl was also so accommodating, he went out on his own and ordered extra books and materials not even knowing if we would continue with him.

My son was failing his sophomore Latin class. With Karl, he not only turned his grades from failing to A's, he received the "Maximum cum laude" award in the National Latin Exam, only 1 of 2 students to do so in his Latin II class. Karl helped my son through the grammar and translation challenges of Latin II, so that he could succeed. We live on the east coast, and the skype-type interface worked great. Kudos to Karl from a relieved mother!

Last school year our son was failing Latin. He attended a class during the summer, but it didn't really help him. I knew that if he was to do well in Latin in the next school year he would need an excellent tutor. Thankfully we found one in Mr. G. Karl really knew how to work with our son. He was familiar with the textbook that was being used. It was very easy to use Skype as a communication tool. Best of all our son did well in Latin, getting A's and B's on most of his assignments. He finished the year with an A for the last trimester. I highly recommend Karl as a tutor.

I was in panic mode when I contacted Karl because my son had an urgent need and I was afraid of not finding a good tutor in such short time. Karl immediately responded to my email and was able to help my son the 2nd day. The tutor session was very productive through internet. Karl tutored my daughter Latin. He is Amazing! I don't regret choosing him even though he is not geographically located at the same place as us. His lessons are very effective and improved my daughter's Latin significantly. He is very patient with the kids. He sends Parents very detailed notes about what happened in the tutoring session. He listens to what my child's needs are and works from there. Overall I recommend Karl to any student doing Latin.

My son's first year of Latin was a struggle and we did not want the second year to continue with more struggles. Karl has worked wonders with my son's understanding of Latin and with a few sessions of tutoring he now seems to "get it". Karl reviews his homework and tests and knows how to narrow in on the problem areas. It's so nice to know he is available on a regular basis or just when necessary. I have seen a great change in son's attitude and patience and he really enjoys working with Karl.

It's only been 2 sessions that Allison has worked with Karl and I don't know what he's doing (actually I'm updated after every session) but her confidence has risen 100%.
