Hello,
I've been a high school English teacher for nine years. Though I love the classroom, tutoring has always given me a strong sense of inspiration and value. Working with adults, teenagers and grade school students has provided me with a wide range of teaching strategies. It has also allowed me to quickly adapt to each student's personality and understand how best to meet their needs while keeping them engaged and enlightened.
I also feel it is important to note that I've worked with the Kaplan company and have prepared students for the SAT exams. Assisting students at various levels whether it be for test preparation or for a stronger understanding of their focused curriculum has always been rewarding.
