I have an extensive education, including a Masters in Counseling Psychology, a Multiple Subject Professional Clear Teaching Credential, and a Bachelors in Psychology. My experience includes teaching K-8, tutoring adult on-line students, and counseling children and their families. I have two children of my own, who are both in middle school, so I understand the frustrations that some subjects can bring to certain individuals.

It is vital for the students to be able to sound out the words and know what letters or letter combinations represent the words or parts of the words. It is also of utmost importance for the students to learn the exceptions to the rules in the English language.

Study Skills

I have my current K-12 Professional Clear Teaching Credential and my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I worked as an Academic Advisor for two online universities for years and am well-qualified to teach study skills. How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
