Hello! I have an extensive background in teaching and training in a wide range of subjects. I have taught Accounting on the college level for several years. I have had over ten years of teaching/training experience involving various types of computer software applications including: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. I have also done some Visual Basic programming training for Excel and Access, as well as some Excel macro training. I have numerous certifications including a Microsoft Office User Specialist Master Instructor Certification, an A+ certification, and a Network+ certification; as well as my CPA Certification from the state of Illinois.
I write extensively as a Ph.D. student, and I have a great command of the English language. I can be extremely helpful for those who need help with their writing, for those who need some guidance as to the best way to communicate their ideas, and for those who need help with their grammar.
Finally, I have earned various awards as a teacher and trainer. I love to learn, and I love passing on what I have learned to others. I want everyone I work with to feel confident that they can learn; in order for this to happen, I want them to feel confident and comfortable that they can ask the questions they need to ask, and that I will work with them constructively and enthusiastically as they learn.
