First of all I'm a very active teacher. I enjoy asking questions in order to help clarify the concept of discussion. I prefer to use graphs, charts, pictures, films, or any data that installs and transmits information to the student. I grew up on the idea that television was the source of all information and then and I have embraced electronic data as a learning tool. I like the idea of building things with my hands or doing repair work, hands-on review approach works best for me I taught EL students specially designed instruction in English. I'll always take time to meet or talk with students outside the class and cover material that was given in class or answer any questions that they may have about the subject of science.
I believe that I would make a good tutor because I have three years teaching middle school science and fifteen years of working and teaching boys in the Boy Scouts. I received my Bachelor's degree from Cal State Los Angeles and attended the University of Southern California. All my adult life I have helped develop young minds, created an interest in learning and discovering new concepts in the field of science.
