I am a passionate and energetic recent graduate. While in school I was a peer tutor, tutoring a variety of chemistry topics. I graduated with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics. I believe that every student has the capability to learn, and that if a tutor and student will work together, the student can achieve what they set their mind to.
My tutoring experience is primarily in college level Chemistry courses, but I have helped High School students as well with a variety of math and science course work. I find it easy to build a rapport with a new student and can often identify the student's weaknesses and strengths shortly after meeting, knowing where to start and build off of. I find that a strong foundation is key to any tutoring session, and with a strong foundation the student can learn and succeed.
