Hi Everybody,
My name is Ana, and I love to teach.
I graduated from Nacional University of Cordoba, Argentina with a Bachelors degree in Economics. I taught economics at the University of La Rioja, Argentina. I continued my studies in the USA, getting an MA in economics at Cal Poly Pomona. After having my daughter, I discovered that I also love to teach children. I got my BCLAD credential at Cal State University of San Bernardino and my math credential at University of Phoenix.
Besides tutoring, I also have work experience as an elementary teacher and middle and high school math teacher. I have experience with students of all ages, including individuals who have special needs.
In general, I favor a constructivist approach of teaching that involves a lot of different techniques, taking account of different manners of learning. I love to use technology, visuals, realia, manipulative tools and any other resource that will facilitate learning.
I look forward to hearing from you!
