Hi everyone! I wish to become your English/Spanish tutor. I plan to spend another year preparing for the upcoming GMAT, Chinese Language Proficiency (HSK), and Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT) examinations. I have a bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies from UCLA. My career goal is to work overseas as an ESL instructor, or as a Spanish/Mandarin Chinese translator. My interest in cultures reveals my willingness to study foreign languages, cook ethnic foods, play various sports, and interact with fellow classmates. Because my language skills require further improvement, I hope that in two years, I will be able to study in China or Japan.
Some of my personal goals are those related to happiness and physical well-being. I vowed to find a new hobby or participate in a sport each semester. For two years now, I have taken classes in badminton, fitness, dance, swimming, tennis, and volleyball. They have not only enhanced my health and reduced my stress levels at school and work, but have given me the perfect opportunities to make new friends!
