I love math and physics, and I'd love to help teach these subjects to others! I just graduated with highest honors from UC Berkeley with a double degree in mathematics and physics. I would love to be able to pass on some of the knowledge I've learned over the last few years, and help others succeed in what are often tricky or frustrating subjects.
I am very interested in how students approach these subjects, and what features commonly present potential problems to students. I am eager to work with students with a variety of learning styles and backgrounds in these subjects, and in adapting my approach to best help them learn these subjects.
I have prior experience tutoring college, high-school, and middle school students, as well as several years of experience working with children and teens ages 6-18 as a camp counselor and music instructor. I also taught a literature class of 30 UC Berkeley undergraduates through an undergraduate teaching program.
My hours are flexible, and I can meet students wherever is most convenient for them.
