I am a chemistry graduate of the University of South Carolina (2009), GPA 3.94. With this and a minor in business, I've received plenty of training in the areas of math, science and effectively communicating data.
I have been high school chemistry teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area (Oakland Unified School District).
I have taught for three years at the high school level: Conceptual physics, chemistry and honors (Pre-AP) chemistry.
Student scores in chemistry jumped 30 percent in my first year, 17 percent in my second and 20 percent in my third. Scores in physics rose 7 percent. All as measured by California State Standards (CST/STAR).
I am currently a graduate student of physical chemistry at the University of San Francisco.
I am a very patient, friendly, and reasonable individual with the natural desire to help others learn.
I speak Dutch and English fluently with light understanding of Spanish.
I am proficient in lower-level JAVA programming; namely first semester programming and nomenclature.
