I am currently a college student at Pasadena City College studying Music and Psychology. I discovered my love of social sciences my Junior and Senior years of high school, when I took 3 of my favorite classes: Mentorship, Sociology and Psychology. In my mentorship class, I worked with a group of freshman on class assignments and group projects, helped with homework, and lead group discussions. I also spent years as the trombone Section Leader in multiple music ensembles, and taught numerous students to play trombone.
Math has always been one of my strongest subjects, and I spent much of my time in my math classes helping and explaining things to students around me. I spent most of my years in high school in Advanced math classes, and even took the AP Calculus test.
I am an extremely interpersonal person. I love working with people and rarely find myself having conflict with people. I even still have lasting relationships with many of my teachers and peers from high school. I'm looking forward to being a tutor.
