I am 31, a father of 4, a basketball player, and a fitness junky. I am very patient person with the capability to show someone how to be more active and live a healthier lifestyle.
I have been playing basketball since I was 11. I was in the varsity basketball team for all 4 years of high school and after high school I have been playing basketball for an adult league. In my free time I have helped coach and train my son's basketball team. Through out my many years of experience with basketball, I have learned the techniques, the skills, and the correct way to play to become a great athlete. The goal of my coaching is to improve the players techniques and skills by using the correct motivation and guidance. My goal is to make the player be the best they can be.
I'm open to train/tutor kids 11 years and up also men and women of all ages. In addition to basketball I have been body building. I have learned the correct method to workout without injury and without wasting time by targeting the correct muscles. I am able to show someone how to maximize gym time.
