Hello, my name is Elvira. I am bilingual Spanish/English with an extensive experience in tutoring, working freelance under the Federal Program NCLB "No Child Left Behind". I am also knowledgeable in teaching, I have great organizational skills, and am computer savvy.

I consider myself to be enthusiastic, creative and open-minded, with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in teaching and helping others. My classes are structured to be organic which means that they adapt to the student interests and needs.

The General Structure of my class is as follows:
1. Warm up/review knowledge of the student
2. Subject/Topic
3. Practice activities related to the student needs.

Finally, I have worked with a variety of students from small children from 2 to 5 years old, students from K-6th grade, and with adults from different backgrounds.
