I recently graduated from UCSD with a B.S. in Physiology and Neuroscience as well as a minor in Psychology.
In college, I took numerous science and psychology based courses such as general biology, molecular biology, cell biology, mammalian physiology, metabolic biochemistry, development and cellular neuroscience, general chemistry, organic chemistry, development psychology, abnormal psychology, biological psychology etc. These courses have enabled me to understand the human nature more. I am a strong believer of lifelong learning. I also believe that the best way of increasing your knowledge is by teaching others. I have always had the ability to explain complicated concepts in a simpler way to my friends and siblings.
I am confident that my hard work, inquisitive nature, dedication, and optimism will make a positive contribution. This will be a new experience and an opportunity to learn new skills which I can use in my future endeavors. From the past small experiences I have had in tutoring or helping someone with a specific subject, I realize that tutoring makes me happy and the feeling of being able to put my knowledge in use and benefit someone from it is incredible. I will try my best to help your child strengthen their weaknesses and become confident about their potentials.
