Need help with your day to day English conversational skills? Have you relocated to the U.S. and your spouse is struggling with the English language? If so, I can help. I am the son of immigrants, with a native Japanese wife. I have been coaching English from a very young age. I have the patience to listen, with the ability to explain the usage of a word, phrase or local expression many different ways.

If you are seeking assistance with English in the business world, I have over 35 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Pre and Post Sales Support. My experience gives me an advantage over other tutors, as I have been in the situations that you may be facing.

If you are looking for help with Microsoft Office, I can help. I have practical experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint for sales and engineering presentations. Let me show you how to tame Outlook.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Microsoft Outlook

I have been a user of Outlook since the mid 90s. As a support, sales and professional services engineer, it was the mainstay of communication, contact management and email archiving both internally as well as externally. I also use Outlook to manage my personal mail and contacts. Migrating .pst and .ost file have become second nature to me.

Microsoft Windows

I have been a power user of Windows since version 3.0. During my career I have held multiple MSDN licenses. I have the ability to train someone in the use of Window as a casual user to diving into the Registry to debug an issue. This is inclusive of Windows NT Workstation/Server - Windows 8 and Windows 2012.
