I am a life-long learner. I have had to self-educate myself over the course of my lifetime. I did not have access to college as a teenager and have been on my own since I was 13 years old. I know what it takes to survive and over come obstacles in life.
I paid my way through Computer Tech school, became a licensed Insurance Agent, Certified Income Tax Preparer, and I have gone back to school to obtain my Degree in Business Admin/E-Commerce.
My specialty is U.S. History, Reading, and Math. I have passed the Certification required by WyzAnt for elementary school Reading, Math, and U.S. History.
I love to work with the developing minds of elementary school students and I have been a volunteer at both a prep school and elementary school where my 14 year old daughter attended.
I understand how to pass on to children the theory and techniques that are necessary for success in school. I have trained insurance agents and taught tax preparation for Liberty Income Tax.
I believe that I can assist your family in developing your child's potential because I've had to overcome many obstacles and I have done it the old fashioned way, I've earned it!
