Professional Violinist wants to teach talented students

Learning music will be fun and also very rewarding for my students.

I have been teaching more than 15 years, my father is also a violin teacher and has a violin school of more than 100 students. I provide student recitals/performances opportunities every year to keep students motivated, or I can help students pass with very high scores in the certificate of Merit exams.

My teaching method is from The Juilliard School of Music.

My students and me have been invited to perform in China and Europe.

Ear Training

Ear training, or aural skills, is a skill by which musicians learn to identify, solely by hearing, pitches, intervals, melody, chords, rhythms, and other basic elements of music.

General Music

Because I am a music major in my senior year of college, I can teach basic music reading, writing, singing, theory, history basic keyboard skills and music appreciation. I have already received my AA/AS degree from a junior community college.

Music History

Music history, sometimes called historical musicology, is the highly diverse subfield of the broader discipline of musicology that studies the composition. In theory, "music history" could refer to the study of the history of any type or genre of music (e.g., the history of Indian music or the history of rock).

I have taken classes in Medieval Renaissance History, 19th-20th Century, and Baroque Classic history.

Violin

The violin is a string instrument, usually with four strings tuned in perfect fifths. It is the smallest, highest-pitched member of the violin family of string instruments, which also includes the viola, cello, and double bass.
