I have been cooking since I was 12. I specialize in Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free (Allergy sensitive modifications) to recipes. Emphasis on Organic, natural, Macro biotic....but still do "fun" cooking like layer cakes and other comfort foods. I can teach basics as well. I am a pescatarian (fish and veggie only).
My experience with Networking internet is setting up a server and/or modem to allow multiple computers to work together and allow sharing of files internally. I do not have an IT degree, so don't assume I can rewire your office/home/dorm, but I can assist with setting or trying to trouble shoot an error.
My father was in the Air Force so we got stationed in Germany when I was little. When we came back to the USA I had to learn English. I speak SAE (Standard American English - Media, non-ascent). I had to learn phonics so I understand how to teach it.
I took a community college course in QuickBooks back in 1994. I have used various versions of it since. 15 yrs of bookkeeping and accounting experience using it and other software like Timberline (building), and Peachtree (mid level company).
I learned sewing in high school. I have taught my daughter how to sew including (gathering, seaming, hemming, hand stitching, pleating, darts, pintucks, and hidden zippers). Learning to thread a machine, including bobbin and how to replace a broken needle. Reading pattern. Pinning. Etc. Descent enough to wear but not high level seamstress.
I was a single mom raising my daughter & going to school online at night...study skills are a must! My daughter knows how to sit down and get subjects done, tackle the big projects by breaking them down into smaller sections. Preparation is a good part of the foundation to studying and learning the skills that will carry you through.
