Hello,

You said that each loaf of bread requires 2 1/2 cups of flour so I would say you're going to need about 10 cups of flour to make 4 loafs of bread. Think of it this way...

2 1/2 plus another half is what? 3 right? Add 2 more and you have 5 cups. 5+5=10
