I am a writer, having two published books, and a teacher. I have been teaching History, English-composition, grammar and punctuation--, American government, religion, research, and critical thinking for the University of Phoenix and The Kings University for the last five years. Previously, I taught some of those subjects in high school. I taught AP US History in High School.

My greatest joy is to see my students learn what they could not learn before and grow in a love of knowledge. My greatest skill is taking difficult ideas and subjects and simplifying them so that my students can understand them. Seeing my students succeed gives me great satisfaction.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
