Hi! My name is Diana.
My Experience: I have worked in education for over 13 years. I have worked with preschoolers, kindergarten through college, and adult education. I have extensive experience teaching large groups (ensuring individual learning), small groups, and one-on-one. My experience comes from having been a teacher, tutor, substitute teacher, student (as an adult), 4-H leader, mother, and grandmother. I have knowledge of and experience with many subjects such as Reading, Math (all), Science (all), English, Study Skills, Test Taking Skills, and even Sewing and Flute. My Methods: My experiences with all ages and subjects allows me to personalize each session to your needs. I provide extra materials and/or resources when necessary to enhance our lessons. The sessions are hands-on. Hands-on learning is the key to success. As I guide and tutor, I adjust our lessons constantly to ensure the most results. I also tailor our lessons to your personality and learning style. When you can relax and be comfortable, you can learn!
