I worked as a tutor of introductory undergraduate engineering classes while pursuing my bachelor's degree at UC Davis. I studied hard at UCD and earned a 3.9 GPA, then moved on to graduate school at Stanford and earned a Master's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics. While at Stanford, I worked as a teaching assistant to help cover tuition and living expenses. Along the way, I learned how different people learn in different ways. A subject that may seem difficult or frustrating at first, may simply just have to be explained in another way for a student to understand it. I have always loved helping others understand math and science because seeing the person experience that "Aha!" moment is pretty special. I also read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
