Hi, I am an experienced and motivated tutor. Born in China, I came to US and earned a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1994. I was a college teacher when in China, love teaching and enjoy my students making progresses. After earning my PhD, I worked in US computer software industry for more than 18 years. Went through all the high-tech booms and busts, now I am earlier and semi-retired, but still work as a tutor helping others to become successful...

Chinese

Born in China with native standard Mandarin, I was a college teacher and taught many subjects including helping foreigners to learn Chinese. I received B.S. and M.S. in China, came to USA about 23 years ago, earned a Ph.D. here and worked in hi-tech industry since then. Loving languages, I speak both Mandarin and English fluently.

C++

C++ is also my most frequently used and mastered language while working in the computer software industry for the past 18 years. I like it because it is more structured and object oriented. It is also one of my favorite computer languages.

I have a B.S. and M.S. from Fudan University (Shanghai), and Ph.D. from Northeastern University (Boston) with major in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I also have more than 18 years of computer industry experiences writing software in C and C++.

Computer Science

I like to tutor the applied computer science fields such as computer architecture, computer image processing, computer vision, computer security and cryptography. I have done many research work in these fields and received some US patents. I have B.S. and M.S. from Fudan University (Shanghai), Ph.D. from Northeastern University (Boston) with major in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Computer Engineering

I have been in the US computer industry for more than 18 years. I understand computer engineering very well. It is a discipline that integrates several fields of electrical engineering and computer science required to develop computer systems. I have received B.S. and M.S. from Fudan University (Shanghai), and Ph.D. from Northeastern University (Boston) with major in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
