In High School I Graduated in the Top 15 of my class of nearly 400 in 2006. I received scores of 600 on Reading and Writing on my SATs, and a score of 560 on the Math portion of my SATs. Since then I've attended CSULB, CSULA, and LBCC taking Major Courses as well as GED courses. Having already completed my GED Requirements I will be completing my BA in English Education in the Spring of 2013 and Graduating from CSULB.

In High School, and shortly afterwards, I was an aquatics instructor for the CVRPD Rec pool: Pawley Pool. Since, then I've assisted in swim instruction in Lakewood, CA, for 2 yrs; and Professional Training of the Employees of Silvertrack USA, an independent contractor profession which provides Parking Solutions for the OC area Residential Community, for 4 yrs.

I'm looking to retract from a fully devoted business professional environment and enter the much more rewarding environment of Education.

Through my studies at the University of California, Long Beach I have spend 40 hours in an ELD classroom environment and 40Hrs in an English and Adv English classroom environment, both Secondary School level at Wilson High School, Long Beach. Also during the same year I spent 15Hrs tutoring a single student from the same area.

At the moment I'm sorry to say that I am no longer in contact with either the Teacher I was observing or the Parents of the child whom I had tutored, and therefore am unable to provide their contact information for reference.

Finally, the core drive for Education, in particular, Child Education, stems from my Parents and each of their 30 year careers devoted to the administration and specifically the students of CVUSD.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
