Currently, I work in Academic Support at a local law school.
I've been eager to tutor and educate my entire life. I volunteered to tutor at low-income schools in reading in high school and college. I worked as a tutor for elementary age students my senior year of college.
In law school, I thrived as a Teaching Assistant. I was the TA in Torts, Contracts, Criminal Law, and Civil Procedure. I passed the bar on my first try.
Since graduating from law school, I've worked in Academic Support helping first and second years develop the skills they need to succeed on law school exams. Furthermore, I help bar takers by grading practice bar exams.
In the summer and fall I am a grader for BarBri, which means that I have been trained to grade practice bar questions just as the California bar would. In addition, I tutored for two additional students outside of BarBri.
My main expertise is anything law-school related; however I am also very skilled in elementary skill-level tutoring. I have years of experience in both fields and am very eager to help students of any age learn and increase their overall skills.
