Hey folks! I'm a Stanford Grad (in Math and Architecture) looking to help you achieve your best! I approach tutoring a lot like personal training. Every student has strengths and challenges, and by evaluating these from the beginning, along with goals, we track our progress and successes together. I frequently try to teach with a variety of means/sources, be it aural, visual, using authentic media, classic literature, etc. Every one learns differently, and I always patiently work with students to figure out what's best for them.

When I first started tutoring, it was through a volunteer program to teach custodial workers English at Stanford. I never forgot the feeling of excitement I would share with students when they would "get it" and a big smile would creep across their face. I'll be honest: when you're tutoring, it's totally awesome to help somebody realize their potential and push past a problem to success, especially when they think they can't! I went on to tutor others in University Mathematics, Hindi, Spanish language/literature/conversation, Italian culture/cooking, Oral presentation, graphic design and eventually found myself teaching English to corporate executives in Buenos Aires.

I've benefited personally from the help of tutors and mentors and can't wait to help you do the same. I'm super flexible with scheduling, and always open to ideas and feedback, my goal is to help you be the best! Let's get started!
