Having worked with a wide range of artists during my time in Boston (Luis Enrique, Bobby McFerrin, Ivan Lins, Marcos Valle) I recently moved to Los Angeles and I have an incomparable passion for tutoring and teaching music. Basketball

I have been a basketball player since I was 5 years old. I played for the National Team in Ecuador (2001-2005). I was a basketball coach for middle school and high school in 2009-2010 (Fundacion Jose Engling).

I am a music composer for film/commercials for a production company, and I have a bachelor's degree in Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music

Ear Training

I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a dual major in Vocal Performance and Contemporary Writing & Production. I've been teaching music lessons for about 5 years now. Using Berklee's ear training books and methods, I teach kids and adults how to develop their musical ears with written and oral exercises.

General Music

I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a dual major in Vocal Performance and Contemporary Writing & Production. I've been teaching voice lessons for about 5 years now. Previous work positions include the AMB (Academy of Music for the Blind) where I teach piano and voice lessons.

Piano

I completed several levels of classic music (8 Levels) and then switched to contemporary styles including jazz, rock, pop and ballads. I completed a degree at Berklee College of Music with focus on piano/voice (Piano for Singers, Comping, Keyboard I and II and Piano Composition).

Salsa Dancing

I was a semi-professional salsa dancer for 2 years, tutoring Rueda Casino and Cuban style, as well as Caleño (Colombian Style). I performed at various events dancing salsa, merengue and bachata.

Sight Singing

My relevant qualifications include my Bachelor in Music, with a dual major in Vocal Performance
and Contemporary Writing & Production. Also of note is my most recent position as Stage Crew for
Berklee College of Music. In this role, I was responsible for providing immediate technical and
personal assistance in student and professional musical productions. Here I refined my organizational
and communication skills, as well as my efficient multi-tasking abilities.

Voice (Music)
