When tutoring or mentoring I like to create a comfortable and joyful atmosphere for my students based on positive reinforcement. I use a step by step approach to teaching to ensure the student is successful in reaching his or her goals. I teach from a perspective of "Victory". I tell my students that "No matter how difficult the work might seem at the moment you will be definitely be victorious in the end!" All my students have taught me so much about life and made me a better teacher who is compassionate, patient, fun, flexible and extremely sensitive to diversity.
