I am uniquely qualified by the combination of degrees in Engineering and basic sciences. This provides me strong academic background to teach a wide array of subjects. All through my graduate school I have been a graduate teaching and research assistant. Having both research and teaching experience brings creativity and innovation into my work. To a great extent it helps me communicate complex technical and mathematical concepts to my audience in a variety of different ways, to ensure fluidity of the thought and retention.
I have taught graduate and undergraduate classes, designed and graded quiz / exam for the professors in various engineering subjects, hence quite abreast with the exam preparation. I have also held independent laboratory instruction and exam-help sessions as part of the curriculum and otherwise.
I am an engineer by profession and abreast with the latest technology, this helps making my classes interesting as I come prepared with flash presentations and visuals. It is my belief that when all the senses of our body are stimulated a deeper understanding of the topic is possible. Therefore, as far as possible, I try to make classes as hands-on and interactive as possible. I enjoy the process of exploring the intellectual disconnect the student has with a given topic and, then cherish the moment I see the first glimpse of confidence on their face, when they understand the concept.
If you are willing to take the effort, I am willing to go the extra mile to see that your effort is brings about the well deserved success.
