I'm Cynthia R., a well experienced special education teacher (K-3; Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD/ADD, etc.) at Inglewood Unified School District and a Resource Specialist Teacher (6th - 8th grade) at Frederick Douglass Academy Charter and New Designs Charter School. I've taught Special Education in Los Angeles area for the last 7 years. I also taught general education (K-5) 28 years and two years as a Science Teacher (6th -8th Grade). I've spent my life teaching small children and I'm so proud to share that I helped these children mold their life into somebody that their own generations are very proud of. The efforts spent in molding the mind of my students were not wasted due to the several awards that were bestowed on me. My inspiration is "Do everything in Love and anything is possible." My technique/method in teaching is very simple; "TSG", Teach Me, Show Me, Guide Me. I've been very successful with this technique plus the love and dedication to help all those that need my services. Just believe in yourself and nothing is impossible. Patience, and understanding every person I'm working with is the key to a very successful teamwork which leads to a lifelong experience(s).
