My name is Nicholas. My love for Math and Physics started while pursuing my Bachelor in Physics, where I had the opportunity to conduct research with two professional physicists at the American Museum of Natural History in New York.

While pursuing my BA degree in Physics at Hunter College, CUNY in New York, I worked as a Teaching Assistant in Physics and Astronomy for three semesters. While a TA I assisted the professors and taught the classes, wrote multiple practice exams and held regular tutoring sessions every week for the students. Now, after completing my Master of Science in Physics, I continue to teach Physics, Mathematics and Astronomy privately.

Algebra 1

I have a Master's in Physics. I have tutored many students in Geometry. I am very patient with my students and very good with using different methods of problem solving.

Physics

I love physics and astronomy. I have been a Teaching Assistant and tutor for years. My philosophy when tutoring is not to overwhelm the student with several different topics at once. Less is more. I adapt to each students needs and provide them with the best knowledge possible. Repetition is the key. Understand the theory and once you do, then attack with more and more problems until it becomes second nature.

I have a Master's in Physics. I did my thesis in CCD reduction for galaxy NGC253. I have worked as an Astronomy Teaching Assistant at Hunter College, CUNY and have conducted research at the American Museum of Natural History in New York for two years. I am very patient and understanding. When I tutor, I adapt to each individual's needs and level of understanding in order to ensure the best possible tutoring session.

Differential Equations

I have a Master's in Physics and a lot of research in Astronomy. I have tutored several College students in Differential Equations. In Physics all Mathematical equations and expressions are Differential Equations. When I tutor students I try to adapt on each individual's level of understanding to provide them with the best possible knowledge on the subject.
