I am a young spiritual guru. I currently am an MDIV student at Fuller Theological Seminary. I have studied at the finest educational institutions of California and have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion from the University of Southern California.I have many interests and talents ranging from Architectural Design to Religious Studies.

I am extremely interested in working with you as a tutor and instructor and would like to present you with my qualifications, skills, and project history. In the past I have worked as an Architectural Consultant. I usually maintain and supervise the coordination of AutoCAD .DWG files for clients. Tasks often include creating As-built drawings, and revised or new design drawings. I can provide guidance, training and advice to design students and technicians on the planning and management of advanced CAD techniques. I am familiar with the workflow process, i.e., Architectural translations, redlines and have great drawing production skills. I will make sure that the client's best interests are met. I am capable of producing and training others to produce 3D Building Information Models utilizing AutoCAD Architecture and/or Revit. I can develop 2D/3D details and shop drawing from rough sketches and/or verbal instructions. I am adept at reading blueprints for large commercial and themed projects and can handle multiple projects at a time ensuring student project deadlines are met.

The California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, School of Environmental Design and the University of Southern California School of Architecture are where I received my design training. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from USC, Class of 2000 and an Associate of Arts degree (Architecture) from Santa Monica College in 1997. I have 10 plus years experience with Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3DS/Viz and Microsoft Office (which includes Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint programs). I have been attending Mt. San Antonio College/East Los Angeles College 3D illustration courses for the past five years and am extremely proficient with the AutoCAD Architecture and Revit programs.

I am here to assist you. I have great design skills. I communicate effectively both orally and in writing, I have the ability to prioritize tasks and work well with time constraints, always completing a task on time. I am very detail oriented and am a problem solver. I am definitely comfortable with computers. The Information Technology used to create the work is one of my fields of expertise. I hope that I am able to utilize my skills to assist with training others for the jobs and projects they must handle.

Study Skills

Currently I am a third year Masters of divinity student are Fuller Theological Seminary. Subjects and curriculum include New testament and Psychology studies. We often must read three to four 200-300 page books for each class reporting weekly on the discoveries we've made within the text.
