I know how to read music.
The essentials - scales and proper breathing techniques are simple to teach.
I played flute in both high school and university.
I have used Microsoft Outlook in business settings both at Bank of America and UCLA. This included starting Outlook, navigating Outlook, and setting up an E-mail account. I also viewed, read and responded to emails on a daily basis. During these opportunities I also managed contact information, tasks, scheduled appointments and worked with the calendar.
At USC, in several of my Communication classes, (as a student) it was required to stand before the class and make a speech.
I did an excellent job!
Also, I have been a speaker at different conferences. I stood in front of audiences ranging from a few people to hundreds of people.
As I am always very prepared and poised, my confidence comes through in public speaking.
All my talks are met with applause.
A current student stated after I tutored him, "I see the SAT reading and writing sections in a whole new light."
I held both 6 & 63 licenses. 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law. The 63 securities license entitles the holder to solicit orders for any type of security in a particular state. I have worked in the financial industry for over seven years (Associated Securities Corp., Financial Network, Interfirst Capital, and Merrill Lynch/Bank of America).
Regarding "Study Skills" - learning should be fun!
I successfully used many study skills from memory devices to flash cards. (It depends on the subject).
I always passed my courses with flying colors.
As a part of my college career I was given the opportunity to produce, host and direct television programs.
These programs originally aired on public access.
I have knowledge of producing programs from inception to completion.
