Our family moved from Tokyo, Japan to here in LA about 2 years ago. I was born and raised in Japan, so I am Japanese native and I am very much informed of Japanese language and culture.
I used to be a teacher at a private school in Japan teaching Japanese, math and English to elementary, junior high and high school students, which I enjoyed very much. I like teaching and I am good at planning different types of study curriculums for each student in order for him/her to find the joy of leaning English or Japanese. (All of the students in my class got 20% to 30% more points on their tests and in the end got higher grade in English class in their public school.)
I also have worked for a several companies in Japan for about 10 years, so I can teach Japanese in all ages from daily conversation level to business level by using different materials. I can teach reading and writing too.
I know how hard it is to learn another language and what makes it easier for you to lean and enjoy the language.
