I graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in Architecture and Business and have worked in Los Angeles and other cities in the U.S., as well as in Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi. I help students prepare for the GMAT, GRE, SAT, and ACT, and students who want to improve their written or spoken English. I also teach Microsoft Access.
Working with me, you will learn how to approach every possible question type. Recent educational research shows that answering questions, as opposed to listening to lectures, dramatically increase retention of new knowledge. I train students to quickly recognize question types and break questions down into manageable steps. These methods go far beyond typical strategies such as picking numbers and plugging in answer choices. With my training, my students know exactly what to do with every question that shows up on the exam.
I enjoy helping others achieve their objectives. I am friendly, but at the same time I take the training very seriously. I like to work with motivated people. My style is efficient, direct, effective, and fun. I have raised scores tremendously.
