I have tutored in the inner city of Chicago on a voluntary basis for 10 years. I've tutored/mentored kids from K-12th grade in nearly all subjects. That experience has made it clear to me that everyone learns in a slightly different manner. I believe all kids want to understand the 'why' of what they're studying along with everyday applications. I specialize in, and place a high importance on, understanding the concepts and bigger picture as well as the necessary repetition of important facts and details.
During the morning I trade futures, which allows me the time and flexibility to meet with students throughout the afternoon and evening. My career includes starting a rental business, mortgage and real-estate, and trading on the floor of the Chicago Board of Options Exchange (CBOE). Before that I played baseball professionally and graduated college with a 3.8 GPA. I look forward to being a part of your unique journey!
