Hello there! I'm a Senior at University of Southern California with a lot of past experience working as a math or computer tutor back in high school. I've just finished my third year as a Computer Science major at USC, and am currently working as an intern for a local non-profit that focuses on creating and using games to help kids learn science, math, engineering, and technology.
My tutoring has always gone very well because I am able to put myself into the shoes of my clients, and tailor my explanations, instructions, and assignments to the individual. I know what it's like to be overwhelmed by a new or confusing subject, as well as how to re-frame a problem in order to make it more intuitive.
I've gained a lot of experience tutoring middle-school and high-school students, and by working as a teacher's assistant for high school math classes. I've also had extensive experience helping elementary-school students, as well as explaining computers to grownups.
