Teaching and tutoring are two of my greatest passions.
My first experience was teaching English to children in Mexico City for six months after I graduated from Eton College, the famous English boarding school.
After graduating from Princeton University with a degree in history and American studies I taught at Montgomery Bell Academy, the elite prep school in Nashville, TN (professional reference available).
During my three-year Master's degree program at the University of Southern California from which I graduated last May, I taught the SAT verbal and writing sections. I also coached students on their college application essays. My students gained admission to the most prestigious colleges in the United States, including Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford, and the Huntsman Program at Penn. None of these students expected acceptance letters from any of these "reach" schools, but with my help they now attend the colleges of their dreams.
I specialize in offering something that no other tutor can provide: teaching students of all ages and academic abilities how to write the "perfect essay". The method I devised as a student at Eton and Princeton and as an elite private tutor gives students a foolproof way consistently to earn top grades in school and college.
I also specialize in teaching all aspects of history, literature, government and social sciences, music theory and drama.
I customize lessons to the specific needs, abilities and personalities of my students. My rates are higher than most, but the services I provide far exceed those offered by tutors with less experience, ability and drive.
I regard my students' successes as a reflection of my own and I work ceaselessly to ensure that my students achieve their academic potential.
