First time tutor looking to learn as much as you!
I graduated from Presbyterian College three years ago and spent the interim time teaching kids and adults alike how to juggle and use their physical skills to improve their lives. I recently moved from the fast pace of New York City to the quiet suburbs here in South Jersey - and I couldn't be happier. This move has shown me that I strongly believe in personal relationships over professional connections - that it's not just who you know, but how good those people are.
I love to read, occasionally write, and always think. The three things that will help me help you are my ability to speak clearly, listen well, and adapt to your unique situation. My last job was a skill toy instructor. Connecting to people on a kinetic level has helped me understand that instruction must adapt to the individual, not the other way around. If you or your child have trouble learning through traditional styles, by all means, let's find something that works!
