Why would I be a good tutor for you, your child, friend, etc.? I am a people person in that I easily become comfortable with a new student and in turn, make the student comfortable and in a state of mind that is more conducive to learning. I am patient and able to tailor any subject and teaching style to the individual, whether the student has a learning disability, sees the information differently from the methods being taught in school, or is just not interested in the material. Each tutoring session has been individualized, depending on the student's personality and abilities. I have over a decade of tutoring experience, years of working with children, teens and adults, and although I do not have any credentials in education, I have always had the ability to relay information to a student in a way that is fun yet effective.
