Tom is a wonderful tutor. He is clear, concise and unbelievably patient. He is certainly not the type of tutor who does your work for you. He breaks the overall lesson down into easily digestible segments that build on one another.

Most of the difficulty that I have had in the past was with connecting some seemingly irrelevant principle that meant nothing to me at the time it was introduced (whether grade school, junior high, or high school). With Tom's gentle guidance and an explanation of why these principles apply and are helpful, I truly understand the importance of the cumulative nature of math now. I only wish that I worked with him much earlier.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
