Hello,

I retired from teaching as the class size kept getting larger and testing became the priority. The one thing I missed was being with the kids. I enjoy one on one and small group teaching.
As an elementary teacher, I specialized in Child Development with my focus on teaching grades K-3. I enjoy teaching a child how to read and learn basic math skills.

My strengths include creativity and problem solving. I am responsible and have a lot of patience. I use the modality of learning that best suits the child. I would tell my student's parents "I teach reading and respect for all living things." I love all animals and was known as the "dog rescuer" at my school. My latest recreation is table tennis and ice skating. I also enjoy pet sitting.

Hug your child & pet today.

Smiles,
Margie
