Currently, I teach 8th grade English and US history. In my years prior, I have taught 7th grade English, medieval world history, 9th-12th grade English (and honors), writing composition, American history, European history, and English/language arts remediation.

Currently, I am a single-subject English and History Teacher. I passed the CBEST in 2006. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a Bachelor's degree in History. I also have done extensive Graduate work in English, with an emphasis in Literature. In my professional career, I have been a long-term substitute in most subjects including Math, Science, English, and History. I have taught 6th to 12th grade, ranging from the basics to the advanced.

Social Studies

I have earned a Bachelor's degree in History, a single-subject credential in History, and have taught Ancient, Medieval, and Contemporary World History, as well as US History for grades 6-12. Currently, I teach 6th grade Ancient Civilizations, 7th grade Medieval World History, and 8th grade US History.
